Terms and Conditions


1. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of these rules.

2. Prize Draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only, aged 18 and over.

3. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize.

4. The prize is not for resale.

5. There will be ten winners, chosen at random, drawn by an independent judge. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Only one entry per person/household.

7. Employees (and their families or agents) of Colian UK Limited are not eligible to enter.

8. Any entry that is illegible, lost or misplaced, incomplete or fraudulent, or which otherwise does not comply with these rules, will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Colian UK Limited

9. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer/phone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. Colian UK Limited will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

11. Winners will be notified by email.

12. Please allow up to 30 days to receive prize once winners are drawn.

14. Prize Draw ends 31st December 2024.

15. Any entries received after 23:59 on the closing date will not be accepted.

16. Colian UK Limited reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice due to circumstances outside its control.

17. Colian UK Limited may at their discretion extend the period of the promotion.
